Default w57 or alloy w58? swap parts needed?

hello i recently pick up a w series transmission. so far im thinking its a w57 since it has an alloy sandwich plate w the channel and the left side of it and the input shaft is shorter according to online breakdowns. i originally thought it was a w58 since it had the 3 ribs .seems like i got scammed or im just a dumb and naive . can anyone else confirm this is indeed a w57 and not an older alloy w58? is the only way to know for sure is to take it apart? also i plan on throwing it in to my 93' sc300 regardless if its a w58 or w57 since it was cheap and seems to be in working condition. i know the w58 bell housing for the 2jz will work but im not sure about what clutch fork and release bearing to get for a w57 to work with a manual swap. if anyone has any information they are willing to share thatd be sick!
