Hey Aliga,
I wanted to coat the manifold, seems like it's gonna be hard to wrap that....
cuase of the irrgelar log shape.
But I did come across a product called "Bkack Satin"
And it's a do it yourself coating and good for 2000F. It self bakes on the manifold/exhaust when u run the.
engine.
I'm gonna give that a try, it's only $20 for a 4 oz can.
maybe need 2 cans to do the manifold, dp, midpipe...
Ken

This is the company that makes it
http://www.techlinecoatings.com/
look under "Black Satin"
I read soem people have had pretty good results for reducing heat. well considering for a do it your slef kind of coating anyways. and a fraction of what JetHot would cost.
Only problem is I need some sort of paint gun to spray it.
I may opt for those rechargeable areasol cans (where u fill the can with whatever you want and compress it with a compressor, or the 50 cent tire air machine at gas station)
