Nope, I have an SC300 and a Supra... But I've had customers inquire about SC400 work, so I researched the cam work, and have had various cams for other cars done with good success.

Now, IMHO, changing cams without optimizing the exhaust would be a waste. Also, modifying the cam profile tends to move the torque curve higher in the RPM range. To optimize a cam change I would want to move my redline and shift points higher.
Power wise, the 1UZFE is definitely capable of 400hp flywheel.. 300rwhp. But you will need to tailor the entire package to get this level of power. Intake, heads, cams, exhaust.
I strongly recommending reading the cam information that Peter Scott posted in his excellent web site
