Default Transmission issue

This might be the same thing that Jacobzking it talking about but I'm not sure. The first 2 or three times I give my SC400 full throttle, it sort of gets stuck between gears for a second and revs real high then shifts. It runs normal after I've done it a couple times. It does this almost every time after I let the car sit for a while. I don't do this while it's cold.

Any ideas before I drop my SC back at the mechanic?
