Boostlogic kits on a 97 sc300
#16
I'm very interested in this turbo kit as well! Seems to be complete....
What is the preferred engine management utilizing the stock ECU?? I've used plenty of AFC's before but never used an e-manage.....This is my daily driver and I'd like to keep the stock ecu (Have AEM on the supra)
Thanks!
Andrew

SAFC 1s and 2s are the usually coupled with a set of 440cc injectors or 550s...
the next big thing is the emanage.... i'd go with that; enough people have done it so you can follow in their footsteps

Well everyone my boostlogic kit has arrived. Thats the good news - bad news is manifold and turbo still a week out. Oh well got enough to get started and it looks great.
As far as managing the 550s I am replacing the chip, designed for 550's and using the SAFC 2.
That way I should not need a hole new engine management system.

To be honest, I am relying on my mech. I don't have a full grasp of the fuel system yet. But by the time we get it all in and tuned I will be a pro it.

that thing is the same price in NZ dollars from the actual company that makes it... PHR is ~doubling the price for no reason... they are an authorized dealer; so its not super expensive to get or anything
