Does anyone know if the auto sc300 diff will fit onto the sc400? In looking for a lower gear for better acceleration and i believe the auto sc300 is a 4.27. Is anything else is needed in the swap?

It should fit fine. But why do that when you can get a Supra NA LSD with 4.27 gears and LSD to boot? I sold one recently. You'll have to look hard since there aren't many. Many Supra NA folks call these "magic" differentials because they bought their car second or third hand and didn't know that it was an option on those cars.
