Default How long for the swap?

I have been in the process of doing an auto supra twin turbo swap for a while now. Most of the time spent has been aquiring the parts that I need. The list is as follows ....

1995 Motor, 1995 Tranny, and 1995 Rear End
Precision Industries Torque Converter
AEM EMS
Greddy 4 Row FMIC
Greddy 60mm Gauges (Boost, Air Fuel, Oil Pressure)
Greddy Profec B-Spec Boost Controller
Greddy Turbo Timer
Greddy Head Gasket
ARP Head Studs .... and many more toys to go with it.

I have had a few set-backs in the process of getting this work done. (IE ... the shop loosing the cam seals). All of the problems have been fixed at no cost to me, but now it is time to rip out the old and insert the new. I am not doing the work myself, so I am wondering how long I should expect all this to take. Anyone have an idea? The shop has been working on Supras for awhile now, and I am confident in their skills. To their credit are several 700+ HP Supras. They are very optimistic with the figures, but I am looking for a more realistic number.
