you guys have got to be joking...what happened to the good old days of going outside with some cardboard, a sharpie, and bit of ingenuity. I have seen countless threads here with DIY's showing how people made their own templates, seen several different designs and layouts, and some great results..besides, the thread is 6yrs old...all the time searching for it, you could have already been finished making your BFI.
