Exactly 2 quarts for drain and fill.
A better method is to disconnect one of the cooling hoses running to the bottom of the radiator and run the engine at idle to pump out the old fluid. Then fill and pump a few more time, adding 2 quarts every time, until the fluid coming out looks the same color as fresh fluid.
