Toyota Type T-II Fluid has been replaced by Type T-IV. Don't confuse Toyota's old Type T-II fluid with Dexron II. They are not the same. The SC400 trannys ONLY use Type T-IV. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I change a couple quarts every other oil change because I tend to drive a little hard, keeps it crisp.
Price has come down too since the type-IV is available in quarts now.
