Well like I said I'm a college student and don't have money for most of those modifications yet.

So has it been proven that turbo is better than super, well at least for the 1UZFE application?

You mean more efficient than a supercharger. But just clarifying that for the question asker.

I'm down for Turbo, because there is nothing like the sound of it, with the blow-off valve and everything.
I've got a HKS blow off valve installed with my Vortech supercharger, it is possible and I would preffer power across the band including the lowend over turbolag and only mid to upper rpm power any day.

Now that you mention a BOV with a supercharger, I'm getting interested... The Vortech is a what type of design supercharger? The kind that looks like a turbo but isn't spooled by the exhaust?

Yes it is a centrifugul type and is similar in shape and design to a turbo. I got my unit with a rmm kit.

Who installed your kit and fabbed all the pieces? I know there's a supercharger in Australia that uses the Vortech but didn't know someone in the US did it.

Okay sorry for the misunderstanding, I was inintiallly just saying that BOV's are possible with Super chargers.

I have a GS400 not an SC and I started wtih a rod millen kit which include all the piping. I assume you have an SC so I dont know if there is a kit availalble. Again I was just tryhing to sya that BOV's with Superchargers are possible.
