The rest of the ignition will help things also(caps/rotors/wires).
Use OEM wires if/when you change them.
That suspension noise may be the swaybar bushings, especially if it's on cold mornings mostly that you notice it, try some spray lube on them to see if it changes in order to find the source.
Just drove my car the other day; what a blast after driving a Corolla for weeks.

maybe i cant express in english really good. i try to repeat:
the throttle pedal (the pedal to accelerate where i put my right foot on) is mechanically stuck before i press it "for the first time" in the morning. when i have pressed it once its smooth again!
my dealer said there is nothing to do on it - throttle valve is worn out.
any idea?
