code 13
I'm having a check engine/ trac light on. I checked the code and it's code #13 which is Ignition signal. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

The distributor connector and the NE terminal of the ECM connector must be checked for the following:
1. Loose connections
2. Dirty connector terminals
3. Loose connector terminals.
Basically the computer momentarily didn't get an RPM signal, but it went back to normal.

Thanks Buttercup,
The day before I posted this question I got the most reputable toyota/ lexus mechanic in my town to check my car out. $93 later he told me the trac light and check engine light were on for 2 different reasons. He said the check engine light was on because of my gutted cats and I have the receipt right here that says I need a new traction control pump to fix trac light. When I got home I pulled the code myself and got 13- ignition signal which to me didn't look like gutted cats. With your help I was under the hood for 30 min and fixed the problem- my belt had rubbed the installation off of one of the wires comming off of the distributor causing it to short. I guess I lost that hundred bucks- I wonder how he got his rep.
Thanks,
Cory Purcell
