When Running Single Exhaust, How Do You Fill in the Other Hole in the Bumper?
Just as the title says, when running a single exhaust, how do you fill in the other hole in the Bumper? I have a JIC bullet one on its way from Japan, but I dont want that slot on the right side of the bumper where the other muffler was before anymore b/c it will look ugly. I am a do-it-yourself kinda guy, so anyone have any suggestions?
See, this will drive me nuts. It will make it look ricy in my mind, like all those civics and integras with big ugly body kits with 2 slots on the rear bumper and only one muffler.
I was thinking of plastic welding a piece of plastic in and smoothing it out with bondo, other wise that would be a whole lot of bondo.
Why would you weld on fiberglass? You can easily get a body shop to fill in that opening with fiberglass and it will be in the same shape as the rest of the bumper. No need for bondo. Thats old school
Yeah man, get a bodyshop to fiberglass it. I bet it will look damn good - can't wait to see pics. Peace,
Jonny
I like doing my own work to my cars on anything I can, other than painting and dyno tunning I do it all myself for the most part. Anyone have a DIY site on how to lay fiberglass?
