Vid or Sound clip of 1JZGTE??
can anyone post a link or upload a sound clip or video clip of a 1JZ SC in action? Ive been looking all over and havent been able to turn up anything.
Also, Ill be doing the 1JZ swap this summer in my garage, Ive decided to go ahead and get an intake system from HKS and do a custom FMIC. Ive also decided to buy a Top feed fuel rail, biger injectors and more powerful fuel pump. Any insight on what Electronic fuel managment system to get? I was thinking Greddy E-manage paried up with the Profec B and turbo timer. Also are there any hard pipe kits available for the 1JZ?

here is a vid of the running clip im thinking about getting, only downside is it has a auto tranny. what is the part number for the Manual JDM tranny that will fit into a SC300 with a 1JZ without the shifter being in the radio?

I also have a vid taken from inside a TT SC300 racing 2/ 11 Sec. RX-7's and a Viper Venom 500, and blowing their doors off, ill see if I can host it somewhere so you guys can see, its pretty incredible.

Haha, I guess Jarco just sent me a archive video, I thought the pics looked a little cleaner than the clip in the video. Jarco said they where heading back over seas in about 2 weeks and they were taking special orders, Im going to try to get a soarer clip with a manual tranny, but they claim that they have never came across one..do they even exist? or are all the manual tranny 1JZGTE swaps from JDM supras?
Oh and what is the drop on those Espelir springs?

You will be VERY hard pressed to find one with the 5-speed. Even after i had already bought from them, the owner told me they never see the 5-speeds. Evidently they are rare over there then here.

oh they exist; but they are far far more rare than even the 5-speed SC300
just get one with an auto tranny and do the conversion, because i guarentee you the premium you would shell out would be pretty high...

Here are a few videos of my car running against 2 other Soarers.
This was when I was running the stock turbos... (at 1.2bar/17.5 psi).
The black Soarer with the wing on the back is a Vvti running a single turbo putting out from 420-450+ ? (She needs a retune and a proper dyno run which the owner is now in the process of doing)
The dark blue Soarer was at just about the same level of tune as mine (he had 323 at the wheels) apart from mine running a shift kit for the auto box, aftermarket dump pipes and using an FCON S to control my fuel/Timing as opposed to him using an e-manage. He was also running the stockers at 1.2bar.
Admittedly both of thier cars were suffering for traction, I had semi-new tyres and I was also running wider 285's on the back.
All three cars were running single exhausts so the sound will not be as it would for a bone stock Soarer TT.
My car now sounds slightly different due to the single turbo and the screamer pipe coming off the wastegate.

and yes thats a 2jz-gte with HKS GT2835 twins running on low boost.... 100%positive on the turbos, 90% on the boost level...
not to say a 1jz cant do the same thing tho... a SP63 setup would be NASTY on a 1jz with appropriate supporting mods
