If you know the 2jz cams will work on the 1jz than you pretty much answered your question....
Greddy makes a timing belt for the 1jz for a little over a hundred dollars. Or you can goto auto zone and get one thats made for some izuzu. I forget.

The 1988+ Isuzu Trooper 4 cylinder 2.6 liter engine (4ZEL) uses the same belt as the Toyota 1JZ engine. So instead of getting a belt from Japan (~$100) you can pick up an Isuzu Trooper belt locally at an auto parts store for about $30 US. Make Sure You Get The 4 Cylinder 2.6 Litre Engine Belt!

I use an HKS FCON S fuel/air controller (it is not a full stand alone like the FCON V Pro or the AEM ECU)....
Works great, but getting it tuned can be a bit expensive as you must use an HKS Authorised dealer/tuner that has the HKS power writer software...
HKS FCON S
For a boost controller I use the HKS EVC 5 which works in conjunction with the FCON S. It can also be used on it's own of course but If I remember correctly the FCON and the EVC communicate between each other with the FCON adjusting for optimum settings at all times.
