Bro, single turbo car (T78) in 1st gear at 5000rpm should be in full boost and should move hard....

I am planning to max out the stock twins first on 380cc injectors, then on 440cc injectors, then on 550cc MKIV injectors. Car has FMIC, BOV, Walbro, 6-puck ACT, intake, 4" exhaust and Blitz Access ECU. I don't think I'll go single turbo anytime soon as this is my daily driver.

Lag has nothing to do with a 4" exhaust, in fact a 4" exhaust will help lag by moving exhaust fast and creating LESS back pressure. On turbo cars you want as little back pressure as possible.

You know how the NA V6 cars have torque from the get go in 1st gear? My car just gets loud and doesn't move all that much then all of a sudden the boost kicks in. It just feels funny I guess for a daily driven car.

Monster: Well yeah at 5000 of course, but I'm not drag racing each time at a red light right?

Yea, that's pretty much normal on big single turbo cars... that's just turbo lag, not lack of back pressure.

And a poor turbo design.
