Single looks great and I was also wondering about filling in the other side, what to use? I wonder if the JDM aftermarket has anything for filling it in?
hey all you guys that are planing to go single.
which exhaust are you going to use. cuz ive been looking around and only see the JIC in a single for our car. so are you using that one or planing to do all the custom fabed hangers because its for a jza80?

Yeah? Whats so hard about getting hangers done at a local exhaust shop?
Its a straight extension on the exhaust too, whats so difficult about that?
I plan on a Blitz Nur-spec catback for a JZA80 on my car once I get the 1jz
I am going to go ahead and bring this thread back from the dead since it's one of the first threads that pops up when you google "SC300 Supra Exhaust".
Judging by pictures I have found online, it appears the person installing your exhaust chose to add 1 (judging by your pictures), not 3 new hangers, and judging by the pictures I've found of OBX's MKIV exhaust (hks knock off installed on a MKIV) the additional hanger was not required.
Here are the pictures I compared to the OP's. You can clearly see the MKIV only uses 2 mounting locations, one on the muffler, and one at the second bend.
If you go back to the OP's pictures you can see both factory points were utilized.
I am going to take a guess and say the shop installed an additional bracket based on the fact that the factory SC300 uses additional mounting locations for the heavy factory exhaust. Which I doubt are needed for the single exhaust.
