Looking very nice! Make sure to check all the welds on the Daveh manifold, as it has been used before.
One concern though, you're using a small turbo for a 400 rwhp application.. Are you planning to swap the turbo out later on?

no,
I want a wide and "streetable" powerband thats why i chose the TE44. I might just settle for 310-350rwhp on stock compression at 10psi with retarded timing and no headgasket mod. this should be plenty fun
. btw, what should I look for when looking at the welds? They seem fine to me from a visual inspection
.
This is my idea of the final setup. Please correct me if I'm wrong folks:

Btw, will this small hole for the screw hole cause any problems?:

I plan to cut and use the mandrel bent DaveH shorty downpipe & midpipe. They are welded to the Crush bent piping that has narrow passages throughout the exhaust. I don't plan on using any of this restricting crush-bent piping. Instead, I want to keep the exhaust piping full mandrel 3inch diameter until the dual collector, where I thought dual 2.5 inch piping is appropriate. The type of ceramic used on this manifold and wastegate dump pipe WILL chip if sharp objects hit it hard...so I need to find a different type of ceramic coating for the exhaust system that won't chip since it's under the car OR heatwrap the ceramic coated exhaust system since the ceramic coating protects the pipe from rust and corrosion.
Current Ceramic Coating Ideas:
Exhaust
Turbine Exhaust housing
