4-5k RPM at 65 mph is maybe a little high. My 94 SC3 always hovers around 2.5k at 65 mph. Make sure your OverDrive is ON. Overdrive OFF prevents the car from shifting to 4th.

It's not the overdrive. I know that for a fact. Is there any other reason why my car is doing that? Anything related to the tranny as in the Torque Converter slipping or either 3-4 gear problems?

If you are still unsure whether the car is shifting into 4th or not, do a test next time you are on the road. From a stop, put the shifter in L and manually shift it to 2. Then turn overdrive OFF and shift it into D, this way you know for a fact that the car is in 3rd now. Get her up to about 50 mph with O/D OFF, then get off the gas and push the O/D button to turn it ON. See if the car shifts up into 4th or not. I don't know about TQ converter or not sorry
