I might be the only one but I really liked the sound of a straight through.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCVrI87tnnM

And I like the RMM

I like the whole loud thing so I am a fan of the straight through. The RMM rear section is 550 on luxurymods
( http://www.luxurymods.com/ProductDet...D=111&fid=1001) .

And I thought the magnaflow was quiet

USDM exhaust systems on a Japanese vehicle is a crime.

Anywho, I would go with a Fujitsubo system as well.
C-One has a nice sounding set up too, but its very expensive for what you get. Those are dual systems.

Single systems:
I love the Legafort (Car Make T&E/Vertex) system with the Vertex single outlet rear bumper. Possibly the best sounding, unless you went with a Burns stainless muffler and 3-4" diameter piping (if turbo 1j/2j), thats by far the BEST sounding combo on any inline 6 motor I have ever heard.

Plenty of them on Supraforums running a boostlogic 4" system on 2jz's including my friend MOODY on there.

But I doubt a single 3-4" diameter system would sound good on an N/A 2jz. It would drone too much.

I've always been really partial to the RMM setup. I think it sounds and looks great. I went the fairly cheap route so far by just getting Tanabe-style mufflers, and am building a custom cat in the near future.

Ammad (Black_SC) has Magnaflow mufflers on his. At first I wasn't much of a fan but as his mufflers got broken in they kept getting better and better sounding, his car sounds pretty mean now.

I'm happy with the sound of 14829s but wish the tips were a little bigger.

I know this isn't one of the options and it takes some custom fitting, but the hks carbon-ti sounds redonkulous on these cars. I really can't say enough about it, it just sounds that good.

Tanabe Touring Medalion hands down the nicest looking and deepest tone!
