How do I remove the fan pulley?

How do I remove the fan pulley?
I took all 4 of the bolts out but that thing wont budge. Is there something I'm missing? I need to take it out to get access to my crank pulley. Do I have to pry it apart with a screwdriver or is there some very easy way I'm missing?
