Crank Pulley
Hey guys i have a question- ive done a search but cant find what im looking for- I Own a 1992 sc300, the crank pulley (Harmonic Balancer) came off hit the fan - im looking for a replacment crank pulley - will the NA Supra crank pulley fit on the Sc300? I heard the the NA Supra MK IV will fit????? A new crank pulley from lexus is $399.59 and i can get a NA Supra crank pulley for $200- any help would be greatly appreciated- or where i can find a crank pulley for a Sc300 cheaper than $400. thanks

Another option would be to get the performance pulley kit. Free up some HP to boot for less $$$

im not sure how it came off i was driving and it came rolling from under the car and hit the side wall i stopped and picked it up checked the engine it hit the fan - dont know

i think this is a good time for me to remind people to use thread-locker while reassembling parts on a car. this stuff has saved me many time before including once where my turbo bolts almost backed out of my manifold on my del sol.
a possible cause is because the crank is a high vibration area and can slowly untorque bolts due to this. so remember, use proper torque specs and lock-tite that biatch up! good luck

yea thats what ive been hearing - i really am not looking forward to it- but i need to get my baby back out and running again - i hate just looking at her in the drivway- makes me sad-

ok guys i asked my local parts dealer he said this-

I looked the parts up and I can sell the balancer for $230 which shouldn't be any different. The fan I can sell for about $60, but I'm not 100% convinced that it would be the same from the SC to the Supra.
Let me know if you need them and I'll get them coming.

What kinda supra crank pulley will fit the sc300? MKIV???? also will the fan off the supra fit the sc300?
