I got my 92 SC400 a while ago and its been running fine until when I recently took it to a mechanic to test my shocks. After he drove my car, my car would start, but then immediately turn off. I finally caught ignition after ~8 tries. My rpm was lower than usual, but he said it is fine to drive as long as I keep my rpms up. So I drove it, and at first it was fine, but after a while my engine would just die off randomly on freeway and local. The car would immediately start after so I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone had this problem or know of it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

check maf, fuel regulator, spark plugs and wires. it happened to me but it was just my maf. as for you hmmm i think someone wants more money from you. good luck
