Yes it's normal. well.. depends how much noise it's making. Should sound like any other car cooling down.

that's a good way to terminate anybody's post. Why are you guys so hostile? I'm almost afraid to ask any questions here. Most of us do searches before we ask I'm sure of it.

just OLT since I think he has been here since the beginning of time. He has probably heard every questions 3 or 4 times ha.

I get the "crackling" noise as well. Sounds like the exhaust has expanded and then is contracting as it cools.

What in the world are you talking about? I said, and repeat "I remember a thread just like this". It is a statement, quit looking for implied meaning because my name isn't Yoda.

Here's something for you though:

Do not smart off to moderators. They are here by choice alone, and have been bestowed the privilege of maintaining this wonderful site, and acting on direct authority from the Owner and Administrator himself to enforce the rules, regulations, etiquette, and desired environment. If you *think* I may have said something, PM ME. You wrongly accuse me of any implementation or call me hostile again , and I will be as such, because I may not be Yoda, but I can be your Genie.

apparently, by looking at all of your threads (you totally didn't search dude), I feel everybody has been too nice to you. You consider what OLT hostile?

I am just going to say what everyone wants to say but just don't want to waste their time on this kind of stuff.

Search and quit with the newb threads.
examples: all of these threads could've been non-existant if you had searched.

Have a nice day.

Oh, and yup, they are the cats, you can't really get rid of ticking as long as the cat's under your belly.
To minimize ticking, get a new cat (aftermarket or factory, make sure it is new)
