Yeah man 150k miles, I'd change that thing out. Mine had 154k and it finally cracked right under the radiator cap. When I pulled it out only like half of the cooling fins were still there. I got an all metal one from radiatorbarn.com much better than the oem plastic, paid $135 shipped.

i would hope that people would think to check the condition of the cooling system before going through the hassle of swapping a motor that is more powerful and and thus makes more heat.

$136 shipped for all metal 2 row
$176 shipped all metal 3 row

from radiatorbarn.com

I do not see why the 3 row all metal would differ from a koyo? Its core is 15-3/4 X 29-1/16 X 1-3/4

I think the wetter water bottle even says 'use at least 30% coolant'. I don't know I read that somewhere and that's what I'm running. No issues. I also put in a new radiator for the swap.

I think its a safe bet to say the rad is a gonner. Right now i run a bypassed heater since my selonoid is broken, so no chance of air in there.

No. You use a full bottle of water wetter and then add water. You can mix antifreeze in but it won't run as cold.

Anytime I've turbocharged a car I've added a boost gauge because its good piece of mind. What if the wastegate line pops off and you are running 25 psi of boost? Eventually you will want to add a boost controller and then you will need a boost gauge.

god I know man.. that place was miserable and i live in FL..soo damn hot especially outside at school early in the morning.

I'll take my chances with the stock radiator... i think chino just put a virus on your ECU and tricked you when he wired your temp gauge lol

nah chino didnt do my temp gauge, OEM sucks anyways.. thats what aftermarket is for.

Ok fine fine ill stop being cheap. Within the next 2 weeks ill order 275 sumi's for the rear, an LSD, and a 3core all metal rad, custom make some gauge pods, and include a boost gauge in that, even tho its just for looks
