important 1JZ swap info learned

Yeah man 150k miles, I'd change that thing out. Mine had 154k and it finally cracked right under the radiator cap. When I pulled it out only like half of the cooling fins were still there. I got an all metal one from radiatorbarn.com much better than the oem plastic, paid $135 shipped.

i would hope that people would think to check the condition of the cooling system before going through the hassle of swapping a motor that is more powerful and and thus makes more heat.

$136 shipped for all metal 2 row
$176 shipped all metal 3 row
from radiatorbarn.com
I do not see why the 3 row all metal would differ from a koyo? Its core is 15-3/4 X 29-1/16 X 1-3/4

Anytime I've turbocharged a car I've added a boost gauge because its good piece of mind. What if the wastegate line pops off and you are running 25 psi of boost? Eventually you will want to add a boost controller and then you will need a boost gauge.

I'll take my chances with the stock radiator... i think chino just put a virus on your ECU and tricked you when he wired your temp gauge lol

Ok fine fine ill stop being cheap. Within the next 2 weeks ill order 275 sumi's for the rear, an LSD, and a 3core all metal rad, custom make some gauge pods, and include a boost gauge in that, even tho its just for looks
