Default Need some turbo advice please....

So, I've got a 93 sc300 that has a 1jzgte with 5sp trans. It's got: hks s-type fmic, fluidyne alum radiator, hks evc, hks bov, wallbro fuel pump. I've also got a set of supra mark iv injectors on the shelf waiting to go in.

Here's my question; What is a reliable turbo set up to run in a daily driver that will put 350-400 hp to the wheels and have good low end and midrange punch. I don't take the motor over 6000 rpm ever so I don't have any need for a crazy high end. I wouldn't mind going single turbo or keeping it twin. I'd appreciate some input. Cheers.

I say don't go over a 61mm turbo... with a .63 Hotside.... If you go over that you will have horrible low end power... If you go with anything larger you will hit full boost at around 4500 so you will only see about 1500 rpms of good boost.... If you could find a set the HKS sport turbo upgrade would be nice....

A guy down in Atlanta did the swap. His first name is Kevin. Last name Ward, I think. His housemate is a lexus tech and guided him through it. I've got a bunch of little things to clean up but overall, he did a good job.

Nice good to see another Turbo SC in the area. If you are in need of a single turbo manfold I have one lying around. Hope to see you at meets or a track event.
