q.?
Where can one buy a new gasket set for the 1JZ? I'd like to replace all the seals and gaskets at least on the head before I finally finish my swap. I've been delayed on this for a while but id really like to know where I can get my hands on a set. I've searched around but gave up as I had no luck in finding one.
Thanks in advance

Temp and tach thread for reference.
Do the 2 shielded cables both run to the single o2 sensor? Have yet to check with a meter. Already cut these things, as I'm not about to pull them from the entire harness to reroute. Re-running the connections in high quality shielded cable won't be a problem....

hey guys, i have a question about this list for my car (93 sc300)
i can get a 90-93 supra 1jz auto will it drop right into my sc? im pretty sure the wiring has to be done but thats all right???
the 90-93 auto tranny will bolt right up with my drive shaft and all that???
also what about the placement of the sump on the 90-93 supra engine will it work fine with my sc300? iv been looking around about that but can someone let me know if this is going to work??? or do i have to get an engine from a soarer only??

Good to see the thread is still ongoing. I converted a cheap sc400 to 1jz a long while back and wrecked it not too long after driving stupid.. Not so fast, but; The stock Lexus front swaybar won't work with the IC piping, and I wouldn't recommend running with no swaybar for any timeframe.
Bumpsteer is a big issue with stock suspension and no swaybar, so do a frontmount or get the correct swaybar. I suspect this may also be an issue with SC300 conversions. Endlink hex bolts strip easily and may need to be deal with, but it's worth it before driving. No big loss here, since it was a toy project.
