Awesome!! I hope everything works out for you.

Therefore, it locks up sometimes when you open the door electronically and someones opens it manually at the same time. That white plastic piece costs around $10 at Lexus dealer. It's located at the end of the opening cable near the metal piece near the lock. If you open the door panel, you'll see 2 cables to open the door. Follow the cables to the end and you'll see it. It's hard to explain, but if you go to the Lexus dealer, they'll know. I believe the part number is 90467-07120. With the door swing open, you can take off the door panel easily to replace this piece.

It happened to me and I had to pry up the top door panel from the inside (right above the wooden piece), and pull the lock cable manually to open the door. It's not that hard, but it takes patience. If you try this, be careful not to break the door panel.
how exactly do you pry the panel to access the cables? and where did you pull?

Regular price around $300, got it for $250 also save some money and put it in yourself. Lexus wants around $300 to install this, took me about 2hrs only because I had to drill out a screw.
can you tell me what the name of that part looks like and what it looks like. My Lexus is250 has a problem where I can’t open the door from the outside. I’ve been trying to find the part but I think you found it. Was it easy to install?

Changed the motors in my lock actuators a few months ago. They all worked but the rear passanger one was louder than the rest. This morning i noticed a double pulse. I tried to open the rear right door, it wouldn't. It tried to manually unlock it from inside, wouldn't. No idea how to proceed.

I was able to use a Slim Jim, and about 1 hour of effort to open the door. You have to keep poking around until you find the release, and slowly push on it. If you try and do it fast, it will bend the slim jim and won't open the door.
