Very vague question...

As far as how challenging the swap can be - .i'm sure to someone with no mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience the swap will kick your *** - if you've done a swap before and have some help from some knowledgable folks its actually not too hard. Many will agree that the wiring harness modifications are the most time consuming / hardest part.

You are talking about putting a 2JZ-GTE into an SC300 correct? If so the A/C and P/S can be kept.

Usually it is ok for stupid people to not search. You've done your own engine swaps but you don't know how to search? I'm sure you've been to nissan forums to read up on the whole conversion process. Why is it so different with a Lexus crowd?

I just have one thing to say to you and this will sum up everything you need to know, the rest lies upon your own hands.

with the sc400, it's more complicated when it comes to wiring up the harness.
your auto tranny i believe would bolt right on the 2jz. you will need to relocate power steering reservoir and probably make some new brackets for it too.
