Instead of running NOS, you can swap to a bigger blower for more boost. It'll be safer than boost and NOS.

Been awhile since I've posted anything, thought I'd do some updating here..

Most recent addition to my mod list - 4.27 diff out of an auto SC300. The Torsen unit I had in my stock 3.92 bolted right in and the whole unit itself bolted on no problem.

So far, no good news at the track though. I think the 4.27 should make an improvement but so far I've had a few problems. I spent the first and most of the second track night re-tuning my shift points. The diff made a big difference. I had to take out speed untill it would shift without hitting the limiter in ALL gears. I've also been running way too rich. I've been in the process of re-street tuning, making allot of progress I think. The last time at the track I had one or two runs where the launch felt spectacular but the car then bogged down rich at 10 to 1 or lower killing the 60ft time along with the entire run. Also, the weather has not been nearly as nice lately which I'm sure is a factor.

One bad thing about the diff, the car actually shifts to 4th now running the quarter. It sucks cause I'm just shifting to 4th at the 1/4 time trap. On the other hand, my trap speeds are only about 2mph down, I was expecting it to be more.

I've seen a lot of 350Z and G35 that run 14.5 seconds with good drivers. Therefore, I think a late model SC400 would run about the same.

Default Sc400 drag times.

My SC400 has 190,000. The interior was shot when I bought it so it has been gutted in certain areas.BFI and resonator delete are the only mods. First to last run starts from top right to left then bottom right to left. There was some time between the others except the last 2. Temperature started at 85f and cooled to about 78f.
