Blown SC - You must do something about your open end differential.. Those one wheel burnouts get old real fast....Torsen, TRD, etc...

usally we go to Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove WI, but we also go to Byron Raceway in Bryon IL Near Rockford.
I've only been to Rte 66 as a spectator.

RDM20 - I don't think anyone is going to beat your 12.8 in my group...I am trying to get a group of us to make it to the track next week or so. Trying to get three of us to go that may have a shot.....Lextreme (David) with his twin turb'd LS400, NCJames with the SC400 with a swapped in Supra motor and big single turbo, and me......One of us should give you a run for the money, but for now you are the king... 12.8 is a good running time with the auto tranny's, good job.....You da man....

Couple of questions for you Rdm...How did you get it to run from 13.1 to 12.8? You mentioned a rebuild, did you up the boost in your twin turb's or increase the bore size? How is your built tranny doing these days also?...Are your shifts timely and hard? I would assume they are if you reached the 12.8 in the quarter... Have you reduced your cars stock weight at all and by how much approx? Sorry for all the questions but I just really like what you did and are continuing to do with your SC4.....
After a year you still have one of the meanest SC400's around....

I think he was referring to my SC400 N/A motor running NOS....
However, I have read up on a 1uz-fe with cams and a 8 throttle body intake N/A dyno at 330rwhp...That is not enough juice to beat the 13.1 in the quarter but that is decent power and very impressive with a 4.0 N/A motor...

I just re-read this....So RDM you planning to give up on your stock built SC4 auto tranny and changing to the Getrag 6 speed..That change alone will get you into the low 12's.....That is not fair....that's cheating......
Ryan - Can't wait to see what your car can do....You have been building it up for days now....what a project....You should be thrilled once it is out and running...July 2 sounds good....
