Fastfwd....
With the advent of the China clones to various tools, a half-inch drive ratchet torque wrench with a 21mm 1/2 deep well socket is a recommended purchase. The wrench is available at common auto or tool discount houses for less than $20. Sockets are about $5. Quality of the metering is usually pretty good, within a couple foot pounds. (Always store a torque wrench at it's lowest settings, releasing tensions from the internal pressure spring). I personally keep a set in each vehicle I own.
Use the torque wrench to loosen, then tighten your wheel lugs to 75 Ft Lbs. on your aluminum wheeled Lexus. Broken lug and warped disk problems resolve themselves.

The lugs are overtighened with the impact wrench, then use a torque wrench to prove it is at least as tight as the wrench setting...but the wrench never moves the lugnut and just clicks, as it's too tight. It's a common trick tire people play at the expense of your lugs..

And, if possible find a service facility that respects your money as well as your support.
