I got really frustrated this weekend. I got the new GTE block from the guy in Florida I bought it from off of Supra forums but just took one look at all the stuff I would have to do and started to think this is a TERRIBLE idea. :-( I am really short on time and the idea of taking a car that drives now (aka I could drive it to a shop for the work) and making it undriveable while I attempt to put a used engine in the car after stripping it down to a bare block makes me a little skittish. I'm pretty torn at this point with what I should do....selling the car is starting to look like a more viable option now that I have to move to Florida in the beginning of July. *sigh* Any advice? Anyone know somewhere good and local that can do the work reliably?
