Default Anyone used Aero Turbine Performance Exhaust?

The design makes sense. http://www.aeroexhaust.com. I'm considering these for when I get my exhaust done (the 2540i's specifically.) I haven't run across any CL members that have them, though. Makes me wonder.

I hope those mufflers aren't expensive because imho, it's all gimmicky. Any straight-thru muffler will be fine and flow well assuming it's truly straight-thru deisgn.

google search "texas mandrel bender." There are plenty, but the internet doesn't always tell you which shop bought a mandrel bender and when .

hmm, about the same 5 or 6 as when I lived there... all still in the Dallas area looks like too...

nice though, if it's mandrel...

however, if you are considering a re-design, I'll give you a little insight...

go look at a supra exhaust it's pretty much entirely straight... what would be best for flow (Even for dual design) would be the supra style exhaust, just mirrored for the other side... you could probably eliminate 3 of the bends...

I have no resonators and my car is extremely quiet with no drone. I really liked these Magnaflow stainless steel straight-thru mufflers. The turbo muffles a lot of the noise too. Also, after ceramic coating and heat-wrapping my downpipe, there was a noticeable decrease in exhaust noise. Overall, it's a tad louder than stock, but it's not annoying and well within legal dB noise limits...has a nice tone too! I chose not to make the rear bends straight because it makes it harder to service things under the car, like the differential, and those extra bends also help decrease overall exhaust noise.
