id love to try it out, but im having second thoughts if i should fix up the sc400. Id love to save that money and put it into stocks. But, im young and id love to go faster and beat other cars, so..... im in a dilema that will haunt me for a few more months.

Big gains to be made with headers and deletion of those two little annoying cats at the down pipes...Much mid to high power will be gained...However, you will lose just a tiny bit of lowend power like from 0-2000rpms...You better have an upgraded torque converter first...WIth the stock torque converter, Headers and complete mods to the rest of the exhaust system will make the car painfully slow at take offs...At stock they are already painfully slow...I think a Pinto would beat out a stock SC400 0-30mph...I kid you not... Think "torque converter upgrade first " then headers would be my suggestion........
