Teg, I am seafoaming, changing the plugs, and installing a new piggy-back ECU this week and then I should dyno much higher...I will also dyno with a newly charged and heated nos bottle......
I was able to punch out about a 50 nos shot on the dyno with my dead bottle reading about 550-600psi...I noticed the torque numbers really jumped on even a dead shot of nos as shown on this dyno of mine...With the dead bottle I dyno'd at 248whp and 294 torque...I should be able to double the nos numbers easily on a fully and heated and charged nos bottle..
Also what was news to me is that the stock ECU runs slightly rich so my car has been handling my larger nos shots for over a year with just the stock ECU and no piggy back...What that means is anyone can slap a 100-150hp nos system on an SC400 without the aid of an ECU piggy-back to enrichen the fuel mix...Outstanding...A high volume fuel pump is still needed....
