When you remove all of those 10mm headed bolts that hold on the valve cover, clean them in solvent or gasoline and dry. Use a rag in a small screwdriver to dry and clean the threaded bolt holes in the head.
There is a product on the market called "Loctite". The blue medium strength is what you want to place on the threads of the bolts above prior to reinstalling the cover on to the head.
Finger tighten, then back off a turn or so till all the bolts are preinstalled in the valve cover. wobble the cover on the bolts , insuring the cover is centered correctly.
Starting from the middle of the cover and working out equally, finger tighten all the bolts, then repeat by tightening an additional half to three quarter turn.
No more, as you are compressing the new seal you just replaced. Over tightening may strip the bolt hole in the aluminum head, or crack the aluminum valve cover.
The Loctite seals the bolt to prevent loosening on it's own.

Theres no need for loctite. They are only valve cover bolts so you can just go by feel. It is a possiblility to strip the threads on the head but thats only if you tq the ***** out of the bolt. The valve covers are actually made out of magnesium and not aluminum. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Will do I just went and bought a light to work at night so hopefully I can get a little bit more accomplished tonight. I have one problem im trying to get the "Y" pipe off and for the life of me I can not reach that damn nut thats under it please anyone tell me a tool or what I have to do to get to it. Please my work must go on but it caint if I cant this piece off.

Simple truths in life:

Buy the correct service manual -- it's not going to be remarkably cheaper to buy the MKIV Supra repair manual. Buy the right one for your car so you're not guessing all along the way.
