If I wanted to seriously reduce the weight of my car, and still keep the luxury aspects of the car, I would do the following:
  • Make the front fenders out of CF
  • Replace the OEM doors with CF doors and install chrome moly tubular reinforcement
  • Replace the OEM trunk with CF
  • Replace the OEM hood with CF
  • Install Ceramic rotors with Wilwood Super Lite BBKs
  • Install super light weight 1 piece wheels
  • Replace the OEM front seats with Super light weight CF racing seats
  • Prey my wife never found out the "Super Highway" of money flowing out of my bank account...
Would cost a small fortune, but would cut weight.
