I made a lot of progress this weekend on the car!
With any luck I may have this thing ready to fire in the next week. (fingers crossed!)
For those of you following this project and contemplating on whether to chose this route or not here is a super rough list of what I have encountered so far. If anyone needs more detail on any of this, just let me know. This project would certainly be easier the second time through!
Mods to the get the kit fitted.
Intake needed clearance on the sides to clear heads (I am told if I removed the four studs I would not have needed to do this)
Intake needed clearance to clear water bypass tube.
Throttle cable too short
Transmission kick down cable to short.
Fabricate bracket to mount throttle cable
Supercharger mounting ( drill holes and bolt from the bottom up w/safety wire) This was just somthing I did for insurance
Supercharger mounting bolts to short. (Richwood has solved this)
Fabricate a supercharger nose support. (I felt I need this)
Throttle body mounting holes in intake tube needed drilled out to accommodate M8 bolts (Richwood has corrected this)
Added several ports to intake tube and manifold (normal in custom installs)
Machine two new Idler pulleys and mount (kit supplied don’t fit, I think the US version car is diffent than the Aussie)
Modify left distributor cover
Machine custom Intake tube
Modify bypass valve for alignment and height (holes need elongated by 1/8” as well as overall height is to tall) this is due to my choice in superchargers
Fuel crossover tube needs modification (in the kit instructions)
Make a coupler for the Bypass valve to hook up (no big deal)
Harness on the throttle body needs lengthened.
Numerous lines and wires need lengthened shorten and rerouted
There are a lot of things I am forgetting but I will add more details as I think of it. I will also be updating the post with new pictures soon.
Please dont get the wrong idea, this is a great kit and without it supercharging my car would be near imposible.
Andrew at Richwood is extremely helpfull and will assist every step of the way!

Here is the underside of the supercharger I bolted. The three bolts intended to mount it were lacking so this was my solution. Notice I cross drilled the bolt heads and wired them to prevent any chance of backing out.

Scott--outstanding progress. I love the hot-rod bling touch of the painted valve covers!
What did you do for matching the blower outlet to the kit's plate? It looked like it would be more than a simple enlargement of the outlet, since there was overlap of the 2 different outlet patterns between stock and your ported one.
