Scott: Kudos to you!!! I knew you would get it done, and felt you would finish before me. Great pieces you fabbed up. It is great to have those skills when developing a project like yours....If I had fabbing and welding skills, my project would have been completed long ago, but no worries, very soon.

I am excited for you. Keep us posted on the tuning details, as well as the performance...

Ryan,
Well its not really finished but a good leap to it. My project is very small in magnitude when compared to yours.

Scott, SF for the egr delete or MKIV.com . You insert a resistor in the EGR
plug to keep the CEL off. PM me if you can't find it & I'll look through my
notes.

Look'in good Bud.

Driving the car tonight the Air fuel went clear around off the scale of my AEM wide band, Like over 18! Smells rich, runs like crap! Any Ideas? Happened right after I filled the tank. Help?

No, but according to all I've read the factory fuel system will handle 7lbs boost or less. Actuallly it was really close, normal driving was around 14 and when I floored it it was 12.5, It ran perfect for about 1 1/2 hours and then just went to $h!t.

Bad Fuel? (I just had filled up a emty tank)
Loss of fuel pressure? (Dont know how they check this if I dont have a gauge yet)
Electronic problems? (no clue)
I really dont have a clue what is going on.

if it's 18 then its running LEAN not rich. and that is VERY lean. i only assume you are putting in the best 93 octane you can find. check your fuel pressure regulator.
