Default Gas Tank removal

ahh so im still fine tuning the the j .changed cluster because mines was fried ,changed fuel pump and filter, plugs and intake .now yesterday driving home from work my car starting acting wacky this happened before when the v8 was in there ,but only happens when in on 1/4 tank of gas .i tried to remove the tank to clean it out because some supra guys told me that water accumulates at the bottom after a period of time but this was harder than i thought .i loosened the 4 bolts holding the tank and took the rubber housing by the gas cap out .pulling and yanking went on for a while until it got too dark to finish this job up .what else can be holding the tank in place ? i did not see the fuel lines at the to so im guessing they are at the bottom . anybody remoed the gas tank on their sc .if you can you please drop some knoledge on this thread .thanks Trent.

I think you should just siphon all the gas left in your tank, upgrade your fuel pump (if you havn't), replace fuel filter. Cleaning out your gas tank isnt necessary...
