Default sc400 computers

is there a separate transmission computer on sc400?the reason im asking this is because i came across a computer while i was doing my swap ,its the little computer next to the engine computer .anybody kno what this is used for?

no, there is one ecu: for engine and transmission in one box.

Not sure if this might help but.. I think you are talking about the ECM? "engine control module"?

so why does mines have two computers on the passanger side firewall .i tried to figure out what it was but there is no writing on it .all i know that it is plugged up to some wires in the kick panel
