Default inexpensive power increase?

I have a 99 SC300, but I need a little more power, not another 100-200 Hp but something to make a difference! Can any of you experts recommend anything or any good idea in how to get that baby going without spending a fortune?

no nitrous. what will the torque converter do? Any other ideas?
