Default r154 clutch fork removal

hey im trying to seperate the r154 transmission from the engine.. but i cant get the fork to get out..

seems like the bolts on either side of the fork is imposible to get is that what i need to do?

or do i need to take of what seems to be a splined bolt on the 2 pronged side of the fork?

just grab the fork with a vice grip and shake it up and down, left and right, while pulling, it should come straight out.
