Default NA-T build....need help!

ok so ive searched and i cannot find the answer... im using a 1jz tranny on a 2jz do i use the 1jz ecu?? or is there a ecu specifically for the trans? some please help! thank you

im using a soarer tranny on my sc300 and it works perfect .i think they are the same

ok so i can use the soarer tranny on a NA 2jz without any electrical mods??
