wait so you ended up paying that original shop even though he took forever and completely messed up your engine?
if so i'd be be pushing for whatever legal power i could use against that shop, you got completely screwed dude and i agree with everyone in here, its very respectful of you of how you are handling the situation

Yeah I've gone through a couple mental breakdowns.. lol
The entire issue with Big shop/little shop.. I orignially went to the larger shop and they refered me.. since I had issues with a previous 240sx .. I opted to pay through the larger shop. I did get some money refunded, I almost called up my credit card company and reversed everything including additional parts that I purchased.. Oh course some of the terms that we agreed to were not met. Which shows in my missing lexus parts, and my car not being brought down to Las Vegas.
In all honesty the larger shop is responsible for the smaller shop. When I kept calling and complaining they should have kept on top of the situation. By not doing so they let the situation get out of control.. If your located in Oregon.. and want to know which shop they are feel free to pm me..
I feel that I am being the bigger person in not openly badmouthing.
Another reason I haven't given up is because I am determined to complete this car.. I've had a 240sx project which went into the pooper.. two 2nd gen AWD Eclipses, and a couple of hondas.. none of which I ever finished. Plus after all of this my wife says this is my last car... which I've agreed to unless I can find a R34!!
Future plans include a body kit.. I really want the vertex ridge widebody... but I think I might go with an Orgin with some wide front fenders. A carputer with AEM EMS, larger injectors, switch my hks bov to a tial, switch to a r154, LSD, tint, Low jack, cams, cam gears, intake manifold, larger throttle body, I was also thinking of shaving my door handles, etc etc..
Honestly right now my biggest frustration is getting my single kit put on.... The more I look into swapping it myself the more overwhelmed I feel.. I don't want to spend all that money on a turbo kit only to mess it up.. or worse mess up my engine and turbo..
