Very nice - boost coming on so early like that looks great. You are correct about dynodynamics reading low (unless they put a correction factor in there for you..), but they are the best for tuning on. Now bump your redline up to 7+ and sounds like a blast. Be careful with that much boost on pumpgas.

I replied but somehow my reply is on page one, I don't know how that happened. But the 425hp reading is a spike at the end of the graph. I have seen it happen before. Look at the torque at the end as well. It also spikes. Torque never rises after 5250rpm. There was a post on another forum where a guy thought he had over 525 rwtq. Turns out it was a spike and he had a tad over 400rwtq in reality. Get over to that dynojet and see what the results are on a different dyno.

I keep looking at this, and something just came to mind... 4200 seems a little high, even for a 2.5 liter motor.. we did a gt35r on my friends EVO (2.0), and we were seeing full spool (28 psi) around 4200-4400...

do you have stock cams? if so, that's probably the reason...

Yup your rich especially at the 5k-6K rpm. I would retune for a steady 11.8-12.2 and monitor for knock, My guess is that you will not have any problem.

Also it looks like there is a lot of variation in the AFR across the rpm band, you may be able to tune that out with more gradual changes on the SAFC at subsequent rpm ranges.

Holy hell...a single turbo swap with a Safc only? That is asking for trouble. Safc can scale some fuel back, but not enough for a proper tune #1, and #2 it doesn't even get close to doing your timing. I would get a proper ECU stat. Also, with a proper ECU/tune you can take the stock ignition system to at least 7800 RPM, and with lower boost on that 35R, you should see a must smoother power curve to redline, instead of peaky.
