I think the title explains everything, I am working on my engine swap and working on the wiring , near the starter loom there are 18 wires that for the life of me I cant figure out were they go!!
I was looking at the 2JZGE wiring diagrams and some colors matchup and prolly these wires have something to do with AUTO tranny. is that right??
When I picked up my engine it was an AUTO clip but I just purchased the engine from them, so prolly they just got lazy and cut these wires, my car is manual transmission so I dont have any wire that hooks up to these 18 wires, what should i do with them.

See if it runs then hook-up a scann tool to the car. If it runs and someting is un hooked it will throw a code. I did this when I did my 2jz conversion. The only code I had was for the traction controll.
