Chino, most likely pre-ignition is the problem here. When you changed the plugs did you change heat ranges or plug style?

Pre-ignition is when something lights the mixture before the plugs fire. This is very commonly a glowing hot spark plug. Too hot of a plug is a big no no on a turbo car. When the mixture starts burning before timed ignition the charge pressure increases very fast and the piston is still going up and compressing further. The heat and pressure created can MELT pistons and plugs. The center of melted pistons can blow away and now you are pressurizing the crankcase. This pressure tries to escape everywhere including blowing oil out of every place it can (like the oil fill cap and PVC).

Your short block is toast.

You can probably salvage everything else.

What about the 1jzgte head and turbos on a 2jzge short for a 1jz/2jzgte hybrid? Simple way to gain half a liter.

You drain the oil yet. See if you have coolant in the oil. I hope not but, I think you have a cracked or holed cylinder wall. Sounds like it detonated.
